Overview

One of my clients required a customized Wix payment form that could dynamically adjust the invoiced amount based on user inputs from multiple fields. Using Wix Velo API, a custom pricing logic, and seamless payment integration, I developed an advanced form that streamlined the checkout process while ensuring accurate and transparent pricing.

The Problem: Static Pricing & Checkout Limitations

The standard Wix payment form lacked the flexibility needed for the client’s unique pricing model. They needed a solution that could:

Dynamically calculate pricing and delivery date based on user selections.
Apply conditional logic to adjust prices depending on various input fields.

Withdrawal Date – Time-sensitive pricing adjustments were applied based on urgency.

2. Smart Conditional Logic for Accuracy

To ensure pricing accuracy, I applied advanced conditional logic that:

Prevented incorrect price and delivery date calculations by enforcing data validation.
Provided instant feedback to users by displaying the real-time total before proceeding to checkout.
