Consultation Booking Policy Hey there 👋 Thanks for your interest in booking a consultation! To make sure we both get the most out of our time, here are a few quick notes before you book. 1. Purpose The consultation is your chance to discuss your goals, challenges, or ideas - and my chance to understand how I can best help you. Whether you need guidance, a technical solution, or honest feedback, this session is all about clarity. 2. Before the Session Please share as much detail as you can in the booking form - what you’d like to discuss, any links, or related files. The more I know beforehand, the more value you’ll get from the meeting. 3. Scheduling & Changes You can book a slot at least 24 hours in advance. Need to reschedule? No problem - just let me know 12 hours before your appointment. Missed or last-minute cancellations may need a new booking. 4. Payment If the consultation has a fee, payment is required upfront to confirm your slot. (Free calls are offered occasionally - but spots fill up fast!) 5. Privacy First Everything you share stays between us - always confidential. 6. How We’ll Meet We’ll meet online (usually via Zoom). You’ll get the meeting link right after booking. 7.
